Policies
Minimum Stay: Two nights for weekends but exceptions can be made as the weekend approaches.
Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is 3 pm to 10 pm. Checkout time is 12:00 pm. If other guests are not scheduled to arrive on your checkout day, then there is flexibility regarding this policy.
Number of Guests: The Greenwood Suite can accommodate up to four (4) guests. Additional fees may apply.
Pets: Pets cannot be accommodated. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Children: Up to two children are welcome.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Breakfast: A full breakfast is served between 7 am and 10 am in the common dining room or in the suite. Guests should schedule their breakfast the night before or provide the innkeeper with at least 30 minutes notice in the morning. Coffee and tea are always available in the suite.
Senior Discount: A 10% discount for senior citizens (65 years old and up) is available upon request. 2 night minimum stay required. Discount cannot be applied to Last Minute Specials, bookings made through BedandBreakfast.com, and bookings paid for with gift cards.
3rd Party Bookings: 3rd party reservations will not be accepted. Booking for another guest is not permitted. If a user books for another user and puts themselves down as a guest, that reservation is outside of our terms of service and can be cancelled.
Cancellation: This is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your suite, a full or partial refund will be made.
